Value Added Tax

14% VAT has already been added to every price seen on this web site. An original TAX Invoice will be supplied with each order. We do not support direct exporting; therefore internationally shipped orders will be charged 14% VAT.

Payment & Shipping

During a credit card transaction personal information and accurate information about the card is required for authorization. Harmony Health investigates all credit card transactions carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be canceled if Harmony Health is not satisfied with its legitimacy. Direct Deposits or Electronic Fund Transfers is collected before goods will be shipped. Direct Deposit transactions must be pre paid. Please contact us for the correct Banking Details. A query reference number will be issued when Banking Details are requested.

Shipments are made by making use of The South-African Post Office (SAPO), Speed Service, counter-to-counter and each package will have an unique tracking number issued to the customer. This way if the package goes missing or gets lost, it can be traced. Returning of goods: No refund will be issued if goods are returned damaged or opened. Please contact us for all refund queries. Please note that a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the value of the refund before the refund is issued.

An option to ensure all shipments is available upon checkout. Insurance is automatically added. If the customer deselected the insurance option and did not pay the applicable insurance fee, Harmony Health will not replace or refund a missing/lost/stolen shipment. Harmony Health will not assume responsibility/replace/refund any shipment after confirmation of collection with relevant tracking number is confirmed by SAPO.

Stock Availability

If an item ordered is out of stock with the suppliers and we cannot source it from another supplier you will be notified and allowed a refund or replacement item to the same value. We cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all times but always do our utmost best to ensure that you get what you ordered.

If any of the products you ordered are not immediately available and are going to be on back order for a period of time, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 working days to inform you of the out of stock item(s), and to determine if you would like to:

1. “Ship Ahead” your shipment which means all items in stock will be shipped to the address you provided. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will ship them to you free of charge!
